If you did not like the fit, color or design simply return the product within 7 days of delivery in unused, unworn, unwashed condition.
However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please take few photos of the damaged product with the POMME Tag and the Bar Code and email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How do you Return?
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is available all over India.
- To return a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For quick processing mention your order number and details of product(s) to be returned clearly.
- POMME Team will receive and approve the return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up for an agreed date.
- To track the status of your return, please go to https://www.delhivery.com/ and submit your Tracking ID. This can be found in your return confirmation email.
How do you get Refund?
Upon receipt of the returned product, POMME Team will inspect the product and approve the refund. You can choose to get your refund in the following ways:
- For COD Orders: Refund via transfer into your Bank Account. Please share your bank details with us at email@example.com.
- For Online Payment: Money back to the Original Mode of Payment.
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) within 15 working days of receiving the return. Please note that your bank can take an additional 3-5 working days to process the refund.
